THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILLETT, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN that Chapter 3, GENERAL GOVERNMENT, Section 3-4, Boards and Committees, is hereby amended to add the following subsection:

§3.4                  Boards and Committees.

A,        The City shall have the following boards and committees with

community members appointed:

(5)           Police and Fire Disciplinary Review Committee.

1. Members. Three members shall be appointed by the
   Mayor, subject to approval of a two-thirds majority of council members present.
2. Powers and duties. The Committee shall have the
   powers and duties as set forth in section 62.13(6m), Stats.

This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication provided by law.
