THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILLETT, WISCONSIN, DO ORDAIN that Chapter 15, NUISANCES, Section 15-5 Public nuisances affecting peace and safety, is hereby amended to add the following subparagraph:

§15-5. Public nuisances.

The following acts, omissions, places, conditions and things are hereby declared to be public nuisances affecting peace and safety, but such enumeration shall not be construed to exclude other nuisances affecting public peace or safety coming within the provisions of § 15-2 of this chapter:

P.                                                PUBLIC NUISANCES AND PROCEDURES AS SET FORTH IN CHAPTER

823 WIS. STATS. - The provisions of W.S.A. ch. 823 relating to nuisances, as said chapter is later renumbered, amended or repealed and recreated, exclusive of any provisions thereof relating to the penalty to be imposed is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference.

This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication provided by law.
